As I was clearing brush along an overgrown fenceline today, I came across some critters hiding out in the woods.
An invasive species for sure. Never very good at survival skills, this one apparently got separated from the group and died of exposure. I doubt that anyone actually regrets the demise of Teletubbies.
This one blends in pretty well.
Walking sticks are the the masters of disguise. They are fascinating both for their camouflage and for their general goofiness.
Seriously that doll is so creepy! Lol.
Nice photos! The doll is creepy though. We’ve been so wet in Wisconsin we have tree frogs in our yard. I think I saw a leopard frog when I was mowing the lawn.
We’ve been on the opposite weather cycle, but today we’re enjoying a long steady soaker.
