We’ve made a custom chorizo sausage from our own recipe, perfect for breakfast burritos. Heavy on the garlic, not too heavy on the hot pepper, this is a savory sausage ideally paired with scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and shredded cheese. We deliberately kept the heat levels mild, but we prefer to splash the sausage with extra hot sauce when we’re eating it.
