This uses Dave’s own recipe for breakfast sausage, made with our grass fed beef and all organic spices. The sausages are formed into little links, so they pan fry in just a few minutes, resulting in a convenient and quick addition to your breakfast.
For this recipe, we took the classic combination of black pepper and sage, and added a little bit of thyme to create some extra depth. Then we sprinkled in just a touch of red pepper flakes to amplify all the other flavors, but not enough to make it spicy. Our sausages are simply seasoned with the normal organic spices you might have in your own spice rack at home, with no processed chemical flavors or preservatives.
Ingredients: Beef, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Sage, Thyme, Red Chili Flakes (All spices certified organic). Stuffed in a natural lamb casing.
Our cattle are always grass fed and grass finished, and rotationally grazed on the pastures at Wrong Direction Farm. Our cattle never eat grain or grain byproducts and they are free of antibiotics and hormones. Just cows eating the plants that grow in our pastures; it’s really that simple!
