This package contains an assortment of grass fed beef cuts, one quarter of the amount that comes from butchering one full steer. All packaged, this includes at least 100 pounds of beef.

- 3 Packs Strip steaks
- 3 Packs Sirloin Steaks
- 1 Brisket
- 1 Chuck Roast
- 4 lbs Stew cubes
- 1 Tri Tip
- 2 Packs Shaved steaks
- 2 Packs London Broil
- 3 Packs Stir Fry/Fajita slices
- 4 lbs Sirloin Tip Kebabs
- 1 Pack Eye of Round Roast
- 5 lbs Short Ribs
- 4 lbs Sliced Shanks
- 5 lb Bones
- Note, some cuts and quantities may be adjusted slightly to make up for the correct balance of cuts in a beef quarter.
Our cattle are always grass fed and grass finished, and rotationally grazed on the pastures at Wrong Direction Farm. Our cattle never eat grain or grain byproducts and they are free of antibiotics and hormones. Just cows eating the plants that grow in our pastures; it’s really that simple!
