Our tallow is slowly cooked (or “rendered” for a more traditional term) in a kettle. It is made from the suet fat from our grass fed beef cattle. It is an ideal cooking and baking oil. Try it for homemade french fries and you’ll be amazed at the improvement compared to vegetable oils.
Also excellent as a base for skin care products.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Will last for at least 6 months refrigerated, and indefinitely if frozen.
