This is our own sausage recipe. We’ve blended our pasture raised turkey sun dried tomatoes and basil to create a special sausage. The tomatoes lend a sweetness to the sausages and the combination of herbs creates a classic Italian flavor profile.
Each package will contain four quarter pound patties, separated by a wax paper sheet for easy separation.
Ingredients: Turkey, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Salt, Basil, Pepper, Coriander, Garlic, Tarragon, Red Wine Vinegar. All ingredients certified organic.
Our turkeys are raised by our family with care on green grass pastures, where they can forage in the fields and nap in the shade. They are pasture raised and 100% Certified Organic.
We offer delivery of our family farmed meats throughout the Northeast, shipped to your door in recyclable insulated containers. Our delivery area includes New York City, Long Island, New York state, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
All our turkeys are Certified Organic by NOFA-NY.
